Screw Blower is generally composed of housing, main engine, motor, Air Filter, Oil Filter, oil pump, oil tank and oil filter.The spiral shape is fixed spiral mode of more than 20°.The shielded line of the wind inlet and outlet of the machine casing cuts into the spiral, and the triangle wind inlet and outlet composed by glossy lines at the top of the rotor opens sequentially with the rotation of the rotors, not like the Roots blowers of the old mode which opens and closes momentarily and produces pulsation which would cause whistling. So the noise while running is very low.
Because the impellers are three-bladed linear type, it’s not like the impellers of spiral type which would cause the rotors to
touch each other because of slight changing of position. So it’s only necessary to ensure the gaps between the impellers in profile and no need to add axial direction changing of position like the impellers of spiral type which would cause excessive gaps. The efficiency of this type of blowers is much better than the propeller blowers with impellers.
The impellers adopt special profile to maintain the gaps between each other and the efficiency is improved greatly. The impellers went through strict dynamic balancing check and the running of the fan is nearly vibration free.
The gear wheels produced by grinding strictly in accordance with gear precision of Grade 5 of National standard and the bearing holes on the wallboard processed by the precision digital control machine ensure the central distance of the gear wheels meet the size requirement completely. So the harmful disturbance to the products from the gear wheels is completely excluded.
